• Contact details: name, mobile number, and the name shown on your WhatsApp or Instagram profile.
• Enquiry and order details: occasion, gift style, quantity, date needed, delivery area, and delivery address when you place an order.
• Messages: the text of messages you send us on WhatsApp and Instagram, and our replies.
• Callback and contact forms: the details you type into our forms.
• Website usage: pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through cookies and analytics tools.

2. How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiries and help you choose a gift.
• To take and deliver your orders, and send order and delivery updates.
• To alert our team when a new message needs attention.
• To understand how the website is used and improve it.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

3. WhatsApp and Instagram

WhatsApp messages are sent and received through the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta. Our WhatsApp replies are automatic, based on fixed rules that ask simple questions about your gift. A member of our team takes over for anything more complex.

Instagram direct messages to our account are stored in our system. To help our team write replies faster, we may send the text of an Instagram message to Google's Gemini service to draft a suggested reply. A person on our team reviews every suggestion before anything is sent to you. The only Instagram message sent automatically is a one-time acknowledgement when a new conversation starts, saying we have received your message.

4. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business:

• Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform, Instagram).
• Google (Gemini for suggested replies, Google Analytics).
• Microsoft (Clarity, website analytics) and Meta (Meta Pixel, website advertising measurement).
• Telegram, to send internal alerts to our team. Alerts can include a customer's name, number and message.
• Resend, to send email notifications, such as callback requests.
• Our hosting provider.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and to measure our advertising. You can control cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect how some parts of the website work.

6. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as needed to serve you, run the business, and meet legal and tax requirements. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or stop using it to identify you.

7. Your choices and how to delete your data

Include the mobile number or Instagram handle we should look up.

When we receive a valid request, we delete your chat history and contact record. We may keep records we are legally required to keep, such as order and tax records, and we will tell you if that applies. We aim to complete requests within a reasonable time.

8. Security

Access to customer information is limited to our team. We use access controls on our systems and do not store payment card details ourselves.

9. Children

Our services are for adults. Please do not send us personal information about a child without a parent or guardian.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
